CCW; Crinkle Cookies

I know what you’re going to say, “Hannah! More cake mix cookies? C’mon!” And I know, I know. But these are so worth it I promise.

I love crinkle cookies. They’re so yummy and fun and easy to make. When I first got into baking, I would make a red velvet crinkle cookie and this is a nice tweak I made for those who don’t really like red velvet.

Christmas Crinkle Cookies

1 box white cake mix

2 eggs

1/3 cup oil

1/3 cup powdered sugar

red and green food coloring

Like most cake mix cookies, you just toss everything in a bowl and mix it up. After everything has mixed smoothly, separate the dough into halves and make one red and one green. Then pop in the fridge for about thirty minutes. Once your thirty minutes are up, roll 1 inch balls of dough in powdered sugar and bake for about 9-11 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Enjoy!
