Jalapeños Poppers

I think if it was socially acceptable for M to eat these for every meal for the rest of his life, he would.

Honestly, I probably got him into this addiction. It got to the point where whenever we went to a friend’s I would always make these. They’re easy to make, and everyone always  liked them. It got to a point where every time we were invited somewhere they would ask us to bring some. So, they must be good, right? Take this recipe, and go live your fullest party food life.

10 jalapeños, sliced in half and seeded

4oz cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheese (I like using colby jack or pepper jack)

2 tbsp paprika

2 tbsp pepper

1 tbsp salt

These are so easy my cat could make them. I mean, I wouldn’t trust them to because they get cat hair everywhere and no one likes to eat cat hair. But basically you half and seed your jalapeños, combine your spices and cheeses, fill and bake! To make your life a little less messy, I recommend putting your filling in a piping bag or ziploc and piping them. That, and it makes them come out a little more uniform. Then, bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit! It’s literally that simple.
