Highly Stackable Pancakes

Okay so am I the only person who is hyperaware of the fact that food bloggers use food to make people like them? I feel as though people (at least myself) tip toe this line of ‘okay here’s the recipe you Googled’ and ‘oh I hope my friends from back home read this post and giggle at the story that curry soup makes me think of’.

Just to lay it out, I don’t have any fun stories about pancakes, I just really like eating them.

Simple Vegan Pancakes

1 c nondairy milk

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp sugar

1 c flour

1 tbsp baking powder

Mix together the milk and apple cider vinegar, set aside for 5-10 minutes. Whisk together dry ingredients, add wet ingredients. Cook at a medium heat for about 3-4 minutes and stack em!
