I hope I’m using that term correctly. I always think cherry and chocolate, which is exactly what these muffins are!
Cherry & Chocolate Muffins
1 c non dairy milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 c flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 c + 1 tbsp white sugar
1/4 c + 1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c chopped cherries
1/2 c chocolate chips
Start off with combining milk and cider vinegar, set aside. In a large bowl combine oil, sugars, vanilla, and milk mixture.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Add dry to wet in thirds, then fold in cherries and chocolate chips.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
These cuties are best served warm!
